the way people are now looking back at George W. Bush with nostalgia, based on his words (obviously not his actions), is extremely troubling

and i have a feeling the same will happen with trump, assuming there isn't a radical change. but then again it kind of feels like this system is on its death throes anyway, and one way or another, there is going to be a radical change. the question is whether it will be a better society or the society trump's backers want it to be.
