i feel like i should give the reconstructionist congregation another chance since i like what i've heard about other reconstructionist congregations in other parts of the country but last time i was there i got weird looks for wearing a scarf that happened to have a black and white houndstooth pattern on it and i overheard ppl whispering that they thought it was a keffiyeh and it left a bad taste in my mouth
my favorite foods to make for goyim are the ones which involve black pepper mixed with cinnamon or syrup or something
anyway a positive post: the other night I made matzo brei for my goyische partner and she was very bewildered the whole time trying to figure out what i was doing every step of the way
"OK you're boiling the matzo... no.. you're pouring it on the matzo... now you're squeeze the water back out?... and an egg... OK so it's like french toast?... wait... black pepper? so it's a savory dish... wait why are you adding maple syrup"
